Day 1

So far...

power juice: I can't even talk about that stuff
apple sauce:  surprisingly not that awesome.  however, I was actually able to eat it.
sweet potato pudding:  fine.
gazpacho:  hard to eat without chips or noodles or just anything to chew.

I still have the soup and carrots to look forward to.  Also, I finished the workout and of course I loved it.  but that never was the part that worried me.

I'm not gonna lie, I've been scouring the Meta community forums to see what the majority of people are eating and if they're really following this diet.  I've found them to be rather helpful...soooo I'm thinking we need a meeting; over dessert perhaps?  I'm thinking chocolate pudding.

Is anybody else making pacts with themselves that if they stopped this diet then they would promise promise to eat really healthy?  no guys, I mean really healthy.   I just want to chew food again, my mandible bone is bored.  I know I'm being dramatic, its been less than twelve hours.  Pathetic.

I either need a hurrah from you all or encouragement.  because Jack telling me he doesn't want baby food every time I open the fridge for my next meal  isn't helping any.  He wants "kid food"  I do too Jack.  I do too.

  1. I am in for a meeting over some yummy pudding. Let's all be honest this diet is bonkers but I really think that means it will work. We talk about shocking our body...well here you go.

  3. You aren't being dramatic...I skipped the power juice and couldn't even keep my first mush down...I don't know if it was because it tasted so awful or my body was in shock from being given something other than processed food... I think a meeting is needed as well.

  4. Power Juice - My throat literaly locked up and would not allow this liquid grass to enter my body.

    Apple Sause - not bad

Gazpacho - Kinda like eating salsa with a spoon.

Sweet Potato Pudding - Not so good cold. Brent said he warmed his up so I might try that.

I added a protein shake for breakfast instead of the power juice and had an apple with lunch which really helped.
